We typically require all dogs to be under 45 lbs with proof of a current rabies vaccination. A raised large sink is preferred for bathing; however we may be flexible with bathing options upon request.
A quiet and climate controlled area in your home to complete the grooming process is required. We recommend a tile floor or smooth surface area and to cover/move nearby rugs/furniture.
We ask that you have timing flexibility, provide access to an electrical outlet, and if needed—an extension cord and extra towels.
With our approval—grooming may be completed outside (not bathing).
If parking is not free it must be reimbursed at the clients expense. Use of the driveway is preferred.
House-call grooming may be ideal for pets who experience stress and/or anxiety but it is NOT suitable for pets who require medical sedation and/or anesthesia. We encourage you to learn as much as possible about your pets behavior and grooming service(s) triggers/limits (e.g., blow dryer, nail trims, recommended sedatives etc...) prior to contacting us.
IF permitted by your leasing/housing agreement(s)--services can be provided in the spa area of your residence, which allows the possibility of having a larger dog groomed ‘at home’.
An owner or authorized adult must remain home during the entire service unless we have approved other arrangements.
We strongly advise you to schedule your next appointment at the end of each visit.

In-home or ‘house call’ grooming can eliminate many of the stressors related to grooming for your pet as well as for you. Our main goal is to create a healthy grooming experience where your pet feels at ease.
Equipment We Will Bring
It will take a few minutes to set up the equipment needed to complete your pets groom. We will bring:
- Portable grooming table
- Hair and nail clippers (and nail buffer ‘dremel’)
- Towel(s)
- Shears, brushes, combs, and various grooming tools
- Shampoo, conditioner, and finishing accessories
- Professional pet dryer
- Vacuum and/or broom
Routine & Consistency
Keeping your dog on a routine is super important for their grooming maintenance and aiming to lessen their stress. We are here to help you and your dog stay on track. It is recommended to have your pet groomed at least once per month but not to exceed more than 8 weeks. Longer hair styles will require more frequent grooming to keep your pet comfortable and looking their very best!
